2. This website
Visiting the pages
When you open a page, the hosting provider creates server log files (IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and stable operation. The log files are deleted after five days.
Hosting provider: STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with this provider. The servers are located in Germany; hosting involves no transfer to a third country.
Typefaces
The typefaces “Instrument Serif”, “IBM Plex Sans” and “IBM Plex Mono” are stored on this website’s own server and loaded from there. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service, and your IP address is not passed to any third party outside the hosting.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics service and loads no content from third-party servers.
Getting in touch
If you write to us by email, we process what you send in order to deal with your enquiry, Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies. Providing your details is voluntary and neither required by law nor by contract; without them we cannot answer your enquiry.
3. The “Quiet Gravity” app
What stays on the device
The app has no user account, no sign-in and no server. Progress, stars, streaks, best results and settings are stored solely on your device and are not read by us. Apart from the one purchase, the game is fully playable offline, levels and solution checking included. Deleting the app removes this data.
No advertising, no tracking
Quiet Gravity is a paid title. No advertising network is embedded, no advertising identifier is read and your play is not analysed. There is therefore neither a consent dialogue nor the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Purchases
The game has exactly one purchase, which unlocks the levels from 28 onwards and the endless mode. It is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We receive neither your payment details nor your name, only the confirmation that a purchase is valid. That confirmation is recorded locally on the device, separately from the saved game. The privacy terms of the respective store operator apply.
Crashes and error reports
The app embeds no crash analytics service — neither Firebase Crashlytics nor Sentry nor any comparable tool. We receive crash and performance data only in the form Apple and Google provide on their own: aggregated and without reference to individual people, and only if you have agreed to share it in your device settings. You give that consent to Apple or Google and can withdraw it there at any time.
Apple, Google and third countries
We do not transfer personal data to any third country ourselves. For the purchase and for diagnostic data, Apple and Google act as controllers in their own right, not as our processors; they process on their own responsibility, including outside the European Union. Their privacy policies apply: Apple and Google.
Storing progress, stars and the purchase record on your device is strictly necessary for the service you asked for and therefore requires no consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDG.
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
4. Your rights
- Access to the data held about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
- Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — the authority where you live, or the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: on grounds relating to your particular situation, you may object at any time to processing we base on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) — here, the server log files. We will then stop processing that data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
A message to support@rundeepgames.de is enough for any of these.
5. Children
Quiet Gravity is made for adults and is not designed as an offering for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes
We update this policy when the offering or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
